Anti-Stress Muscle Rub
This blend is helpful stress, headaches due to stress, and keeping the mind focused during stressful times. Great for times when you are being pulled in several different directions and need to stay focused and calm.
To Use: Apply essential oil blend to stressed muscles and pulse points and inhale aroma.
This blend is helpful for emotions of anger, bitterness and guilt. It promotes a restful state of mind and can be helpful in getting a good nights sleep. Also helpful for tight, tense muscles.
To Use: Apply essential oil blend to back of neck, pulse points, and temples. Inhale aroma. To help rest and relax, inhale aroma 1/2 hr prior to retiring in the evening and as needed throughout the night.
The essential oils in this blend are excellent in helping with feelings of anxiety, minor headaches, chest congestion and stiff joints.
To Use: For anxious feelings, apply 5 drops to palms of hand and cup over nose and deeply breathe in aroma. Can be applied to temples and breathe in aroma for headaches, apply directly to chest and joints as needed for relief.
The essential oils in this blend are excellent in helping with relaxing tight muscles due to stressful situations as well as being helpful in supporting the body in times of immune stress.
To use: Apply essential oil to tight muscles for relief 2-3 times per day, inhale aroma. Can be applied to chest to help and neck to help with respiratory concerns, inhale aroma.
