- Excellent for nervous tension and feelings of anxiousness. Has anti-viral, antibacterial and pain-relieving benefits. Can be helpful for coughs and colds.
- Neroli - Citrus aurantium var. arama
- Very soothing and calming to the nervous system and feeling of anxiousness. Has antibacterial and antiseptic benefits.
- Frankincense - Boswellia carterii
To Use
For anxious feelings, apply 5 drops to the palms of your hand and cup over the nose, and deeply breathe in the aroma. For headaches, apply to temples and breathe in the aroma. Apply directly to the chest and joints as needed for relief.
