Lemon - Citrus limon
Is awakening and gives you that “warm fuzzy” feeling. Also anti-bacterial and clears the mind. Helps to break down biofilm.
Cypress - Cupressus sempervirens
Clearing for the respiratory system. Has benefits of antibacterial, antibiofilm, anti-microbial and is an antioxidant.
Balsam - fir Abies balsemea
This essential oil helps with coughs, is soothing to the respiratory system, and has antibacterial benefits.
Palmarosa - Cymbopogon martini
Very clearing for airborne microbes. This supports our immune system and is protective against bacteria and microbes. This essential oil is also beneficial for respiratory concerns.
To Use
Apply a few drops to the palm of the hand and breathe in the aroma. Can also be applied to the chest, upper back, and along the spine.
