For pain relief, apply to the affected area 3-4 times per day. For added benefit, use in conjunction with Trauma Relief.

For nasal and upper respiratory congestion, apply 1-2 drops to the palm of your hand and breathe in the aroma; rub on your neck and chest as needed.

For additional benefit, apply and breathe in Release or Adapt and Calm.
