Ingredients
- Rosalina - Melaluca ericifolia
- Helpful for respiratory concerns, great for inflammation and skin issues. This oil has a calming effect and can bring balance and harmony to the nervous system and is a great support for bacterial issues. Great for clearing, cooling and disrupting microbes.
- Cedarwood - Juniperus virginia
- This essential oil is great to promote feelings of being centered and balanced. The therapeutic benefits of this oil are helpful when respiratory congestion is present and has the ability to address issues relating to anti-fungal, anti-infectious and is calming to the central nervous system.
- Spearmint - Mentha spicata
- Helpful for fighting bacteria and fungi. This essential oil can uplift moods and is calming. Can also be helpful for light chest congestion. This cooling essential is from the mint family but safer for use around children.
- Rosalina - Melaluca ericifolia
To Use
Apply to chest and back, along spine and soles of feet 3-4 times per day.
A few drops can be added to the bath to help relax during times of immune stress.
