This blend also helps relieve pain and spasms, also aids with nausea and upset stomach.
Ingredients
- Wintergreen - Gaultheria fragmentissima wall
- Is analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and anti-rheumatic.
- Peppermint - Mentha piperta
- Is anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. Can also be helpful for nausea and mental alertness.
- Rosemary - Rosmarious officionalis ct 1,8 cileole
- Relieves muscle cramps and mental fatigue. Also helps with alleviating stress and anxiety.
- Majoram - Origanium marjorana
- Is analgesic and helpful for migraine headaches. Can calm nerves and strengthen mental activity.
- Clove Bud - Syzyguym aromaticum
- Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral. Can help release negativity.
- Balsam - fir Abies balsania
- Helpful for muscle aches and soothes arthritis pain.
- Ginger - Zingiber officinale
- Anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Also can promote feelings of well-being.
- Nutmeg - Myristica fragans
- Can soothe muscle aches and pains, and also relieves indigestion.

To Use
Apply essential oil to tight muscles for relief 2-3 times per day, inhale aroma. For relief of nausea and upset stomach, apply behind ears, inside wrists, and on the abdomen, then inhale aroma.
